- Communicate with Brand Partners via phone and e-mails.
- Assist in capturing violations, which includes capturing with photos. Review comments and confirm accuracy.
- Be familiar with all Brand Partner Requirements set by Partner Relations
- Operate as the second point of escalation with supplier disputes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems.
- Confirm daily tasks have been completed by Partner Relations Coordinators

- Ability to effectively present Partner Relations policy in warehouse meetings and discussions
- Work directly with Merchant Teams on high level issues.
- Generate and publish daily, weekly and monthly Partner Relations reporting.

Your Role
As the Supply Chain Compliance Coordinator, you will work closely with the Fulfillment Center Operations Team located at the West Coast Service Center to ensure all Neiman Marcus Group shipping requirements are in compliance with U.S. international trade laws. You will focus on collaborating with your team to align with department goals, complete reporting efficiently, and monitor violations captured. You will also provide feedback to the Partner Relations Management Team when policies and procedures are not being followed by the West Coast Service Center operations team.
You'll develop and maintain strong working relationships while responding to both important and routine requests, and coordinate with our internal teams. You and your team will benefit from NMG's Way of Working, which is a framework across all teams to work smarter, be present, and integrate work and life in a way that empowers you and others. You will work at our West Coast Service Center located in Whittier, CA.
