We are looking for a working student in personnel administration (m/f/d) in Menlo Park, CA.

Your role

You will be responsible for processing and creating personnel documents and ensuring their timely return.
In particular, you will be responsible for creating employment references and processing documents as part of the company's reintegration management.
Maintaining the electronic personnel file and other filing systems in the HR department is also part of your responsibilities.
You will work closely with payroll, HR business partners, and other stakeholders.
In addition, you will actively contribute your knowledge and expertise and support the team with general inquiries.

Your profile

You are currently enrolled in a degree program in economics, business administration, human resources, or a similar humanities program.
You have basic theoretical knowledge in the field of human resources and ideally have already gained some experience
