Are you a driven individual with a passion for estimating in the commercial construction industry? A leading Commercial General Contractor based in Houston specializing in delivering exceptional projects across a diverse range of sectors including Automotive, Healthcare, Municipal, Office, Hospitality, Education, as well as Bridge & Rail are seeking a Project Estimator to join their team

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial and industrial construction projects.
Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine material, labor, and equipment requirements.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure comprehensive understanding of project scope and requirements.
Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids to ensure competitiveness and adherence to project budget.
Assist in value engineering efforts to optimize project costs while maintaining quality standards.
Track and analyze historical cost data to improve accuracy of future estimates.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Up to 4 years of experience in estimating within the commercial construction industry.
Proficiency in construction estimating software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, RSMeans).
Strong analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.
Motivated selfstarter with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.

Pay:
$85, $95,000.00 per year

Benefits:
