    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles
    • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
    • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive patient care
    • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
    • Monitor and document patient's vital signs and medical information
    • Assist in diagnostic tests and procedures
    • Educate patients and their families on disease processes, treatments, and selfcare techniques
    • Maintain accurate and complete patient records
    • Adhere to infection control policies and protocols

    Skills:

    • Proficient in esthetic laser treatment, mammography, gastric lavage, ophthalmology, DME coding, basic life support, Cerner, and venipuncture
    • Excellent clinical assessment skills
    • Strong critical thinking and problemsolving abilities
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work well in a fastpaced environment

    Requirements:

    • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of [location]
    • Minimum of [number] years of experience in an ICU setting
    • BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred
    • Strong knowledge of ICU nursing principles and practices
    • Ability to remain calm and composed in highstress situations
