No Previous Swim Experience Needed - we offer paid training including Lifeguarding and CPR.

We offer Swim Instructors:

_ Competitive Pay_: Average pay rate of $14.00 to $18.00

We offer our Swim Instructors training for everything you will need to teach safe, fun and effective swim lessons.

The skills you will need to bring are:

• Enjoys having fun and working with children
• Energetic and enthusiastic
• Willing to work in a team environment and show passion for the Big Blue Swim School Mission
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and be on your feet for long periods of time
• Ability to work in the water for at least 25 hours per week
• Must pass a background check
• Ability to work at evenings and weekends
• Previous swimming experience not required
