  • Elmbrook offers an easily accessible Family Wellness Clinic to all employees and their dependents on health insurance. The Clinic provides adult and pediatric primary care services. Services are at no charge for preventive care and only $20 for all other services per visit Our clinic provides mental health resources through a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Wellness/Nutrition Coaching at a very low cost to employees and their dependents on health insurance.

  • All fulltime and many parttime employees may be eligible to participate in the Wisconsin Retirement System's State Pension Plan (WRS). The District and employee both make equal contributions at a percentage of salary as determined annually by the Department of Employee Trust Funds. The WRS pension vesting is normally 5 years depending on total hours worked per year.
  • Elmbrook offers the opportunity for employees to contribute to a voluntary 403(b) and/or a WDC 457 retirement savings plan.
