Overview:
Duties:
- Assist the General Manager & Operations Manager in daily operations and decisionmaking processes
- Oversee employee orientation, training development, and performance evaluations
- Manage shifts effectively to ensure smooth club operations
- Engage in negotiating with suppliers and vendors for optimal pricing
- Lead and motivate a team of membership counselors to achieve sales targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any escalated issues
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, retail management, or related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in shift management and scheduling
- Knowledge of training development practices
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Pay:
$ $40.00 per hour
Expected hours:
No less than 40 per week
