Summary

  • Department: Adult Psychiatry ICU Unit 001
Shift Timing: 19:00-07:30 Monday to Friday 3 days, 12-hour shift

Per Week: 36 Hours

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record, and communicate patient's condition as appropriate.
  • Serve as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for wellcoordinated patient care.
  • Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
  • Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

Certifications & Clearance Requirements

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
  • Ascension Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI)
