Check-In Team Leader at the Airport (m/f/diverse)
in Freising, NY


Your tasks:
Activity as a Check-In Team Leader at Munich Airport / Freising with the following main tasks (m/f/diverse):

  • Interface to the airline supervisor in daily operations as well as to other operational areas (e.g. Lost & Found)
  • Offering additional services (hotel/meal voucher)
  • Checking emails at the start of the shift and during working hours
  • Leading the Check-In team
  • Adhoc processing of the current duty roster (e.g. in case of sick leave)
  • Interface to airport departments (e.g. baggage distribution)
  • Checking in guests and assigning seats
  • Checking tickets, travel documents and carryon baggage
  • Checking in checked baggage
  • Information about excess baggage
  • Offering additional services
  • Providing information
  • Assisting guests in case of flight irregularities
  • Gate & boarding activities
  • Transferring guests to alternative flights in case of irregularities
  • Communicating information to SM/DSM
  • Creating duty instructions in consultation with SM/DSM
  • Checking the signature list of the Read & Sign folder (daily)
