You Will Be Responsible For

Participate in review of quarterly and year-end US tax provisions and related footnote disclosures in accordance with ASC 740 included in our SEC filings
Coordinate with external accounting firm, analyze general ledger accounts, and assemble other information for income tax return and tax provision preparation
Prepare monthly and quarterly tax account reconciliations and related journal entries
Support Tax team with the data necessary for federal & state tax returns, REIT, and other tax returns etc.
Perform tax research as needed and assist in ad-hoc projects
Collaborate with Fixed Assets Department to ensure proper tax basis monthly
Calculate federal and state tax depreciation and maintain fixed assets roll forward for tax purpose
Support tax credit, nexus, and E&P studies. Including responding to and assist in resolving tax notices
Develop strong working relationships among cross-functional teams, including Transactions, Legal, HR, Treasury, Real Estate, Accounting, and others to support business operations

You have a knack for solving issues, strong analytical skills and confidently bring potential solutions to the table.
You have a Bachelor's degree, or Master's degree, in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Tax, Law, or related field AND 2+ years of direct and indirect tax compliance, tax returns, tax accounting, or tax audit management experience
You understand US GAAP Accounting to apply the standards when interpreting into tax regulations

Additional Information

Salary: $80,000-$110,000; may be eligible for bonus

Position Type: Full Time, Employee
