Responsibilities:

Overall purchasing and coordination of F&B and nonfood products
Conducting tenders: obtaining quotes, price negotiations, creating decision templates
Supplier selection
Request and processing of product and sample shipments for food/nonfood items
Listing of new products and their implementation in all Meyer outlets, including corporate identity, collaboration with graphic designers and printers
Complaint management
Invoice control
Annual and monthly inventory creation, implementation, and evaluation for all Meyer outlets
Monitoring of contract agreements and renegotiation
Implementation of cost reduction in the areas of food costs and other expenses
Businessrelated special evaluations (price calculations, contribution margin calculations)
Responsibility for the efficient and effective handling of all work processes in purchasing and controlling

Qualifications:

Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or training in the gastronomy industry, including additional business qualifications
At least three years of professional experience in a similar position
Experience in controlling
Familiarity with stock control, cost control, and a "handson" approach
Confident demeanor, negotiation skills,
