• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect data on client progress and behavior
• Assist with skill acquisition programs, including teaching communication, social, and daily living skills
• Provide support during community outings and activities
• Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to develop and modify treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation of client sessions

• Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred
• Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques is a plus
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, families, and team members
• Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
• Patience, compassion, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others
