Sheet Metal Supervisor / Programmer / Inspector

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising Sheet Metal, Welding, and Grinding personnel
• Inspecting Flat Patterns and Finished product
• Creating models in Solidworks
• Marking up existing blueprints
• Creating programs using AP100 software for Amada Lasers
• Reviewing customer drawings and specifications for accuracy
• Editing existing programs for product revisions
• Collaborating with different departments for proper fabrication
• Developing shop routings and conveying manufacturing instructions

Qualifications:

• High school diploma and minimum 5 years of related experience
• 5 years of supervision experience
• 5 years of sheet metal fabrication and programming experience
• Proficiency with MRP/ERP systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat software
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers

Critical Skills and Abilities:

• Knowledge of industry standards for precision sheet metal fabrication
• Experience with CNC Punch, Laser, and Press Brake operations
• Familiarity with programming software such as AP100
• Proficiency with SOLIDWORKS 3D Modeling
• Ability to create G-Code for turrets and lasers
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
