As a Payroll Manager, you will:

Responsibilities

  • Maintain, Track & Report_
  • Expiring Employment Authorization Documents
- i-9's

  • Employee driving eligibility
  • Personnel files (payroll forms, schedules, vacations. etc.) and manage employment verification when requested
  • Master employee schedule list
  • Employee warnings and complaints
  • Employee raise requests
  • Oversee & Manage_
  • Upcoming employee birthdays and anniversaries
  • The onboarding process of new hires (new hire forms, i9, w2, etc.) and offboarding process (final payment, Cobra, Unemployment Insurance)
  • Child support and garnishment orders
  • Report workrelated injuries to insurance
  • Unemployment insurance claims
  • Insuring invoices on a monthly basis compare ADP deductions to invoices
  • Health insurance renewal, open enrollment, and employee eligibility
  • FMLA
  • Payroll_
  • Execute payments on a biweekly basis
  • Audit payments against budgeted work hours
  • Ensure clockin/clockout compliance
  • Produce report of overtime hours each pay period
  • Produce report of Budget vs. Actual hours
  • Pay and allocate parking tickets

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now
  • Experience in Payroll for organizations with >150 hourly workers
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Associates Degree+ in Business or related field OR multiple years in similar Human Resources position

Experience

  • 1+ year of Payroll Manager experience preferred
