Duties:

• Assisting customers in resolving issues
• Provide customers with accurate information
• Maintaining a consultative relationship with the customer throughout the process
• Making and taking phone calls
• Faxing and supporting others in the office

Requirements:

• Ability to successfully multitask, work in fast pace environment and manage accounts
• Must be computer literate with the ability to input and retrieve data from CRM systems
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Must be selfmotivated, energetic and a selfstarter
• Must have a good clear phone voice
• Achievement of a BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred
