Retirement Programs:

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Posts all employment positions on Erie website and external job search databases.
  • Maintains open lines of communication with hiring managers and follows up on status of the hiring process on a regular basis.
  • Generates staffing reports as required.
  • Coordinates interviews
  • Communicates with supervisors on all required onboarding steps
  • Travels to sites as needed to meet the recruiting needs of Erie managers.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or health administration
    AND 2 years of professional recruiting experience required.

OR

  • Associate's degree or 2 years college
    AND 4 years of professional recruiting experience required

OR

  • High School diploma or equivalent
    AND 6 years of professional recruiting experience required
  • Healthcare or nonprofit experience is a plus.

$57, $65,000.00 per year
