Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Posts all employment positions on Erie website and external job search databases.
- Maintains open lines of communication with hiring managers and follows up on status of the hiring process on a regular basis.
- Generates staffing reports as required.
- Coordinates interviews
- Communicates with supervisors on all required onboarding steps
- Travels to sites as needed to meet the recruiting needs of Erie managers.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or health administration
AND 2 years of professional recruiting experience required.
OR
- Associate's degree or 2 years college
AND 4 years of professional recruiting experience required
OR
- High School diploma or equivalent
AND 6 years of professional recruiting experience required - Healthcare or nonprofit experience is a plus.
