Your Responsibilities:


  • You are responsible for implementing and maintaining our quality standards and continuously accompanying the quality management process
  • You ensure a consistently high quality awareness in the teams
  • Moderation and continuous development of quality circles, participation in the quality manual
  • Training of employees
  • Checking of care documentation
  • Close cooperation with committees such as the supervisory authority and MDK

Your Qualifications:


  • Completed vocational training as a certified geriatric nurse or health and nursing nurse
  • At least two years of experience in senior or nursing care
  • A high quality awareness and careful work ethic
  • Enjoyment in improving care processes
  • Organizational talent and willingness to take responsibility
  • The ability to involve employees in the process
