Our client is a large internet provider who wants to ensure that their new customers have the best possible start with their new contract.

This includes ensuring that there are no technical obstacles and that the customer (m/f/d) can use all functions and devices from the very beginning.

However, not every customer has the necessary understanding, for example, to install a router or download applications from the internet.

This is where you (m/f/d) come in.

What will you do in this position?

  • You will help customers set up their devices
  • You will assist with downloading software
  • You will activate applications for use
  • You will arrange for replacement devices to be sent
  • You will conduct line tests

  • You understand how modern technical devices work
  • You are a good listener and can empathize with problems
  • You are helpful and patient
  • You can work in shifts
  • You stay uptodate with technological developments
Alternatively, the position can be carried out in our client's offices or in your home office. The training (approximately 3 months) will take place at the company's location in Brooklyn, OH. In order to maintain contact with the company, you should work at the office approximately once a week.
