Job Summary


As a Cabling Helper, you will be an essential part of our team responsible for installing and maintaining network cabling and connectivity solutions.

You will work alongside experienced professionals, learn the ropes of cabling and networking, and have the chance to grow in a rapidly evolving industry.


Typical Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Help run, pull, and terminate network cables.
  • Work with your team to install cable supports, connectors, and outlets.
  • Assist in the setup and installation of networking equipment and devices.
  • Learn to troubleshoot and resolve basic connectivity issues.
  • Learn to use cable testing equipment to ensure proper connectivity.
  • Help label and document cables for easy identification.
  • Follow safety guidelines and best practices in all tasks.
  • Adhere to industry standards and regulations for cabling installations.

Qualifications:


  • Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites.
  • Must pass a required background check and preemployment drug screening.
  • Enthusiasm and a strong desire to learn about cabling and networking.
  • Willingness to work handson and in various environments.
  • Basic understanding of technology and hardware is a plus.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
