Lee County Services is looking to add a
Dispatcher/CSR to our growing team Our Dispatchers provide excellent customer service and maintain a strong professional relationship to support our customers.

Bilingual is a plus Plumbing experience is a bonus_


Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries & complaints.
• Schedule Service calls.
• Dispatch work orders to field technicians according to priority and location.
• Receive and record completed work orders from the field technicians.
• Contact customers to confirm nextday appointments.
• Communicate with field personnel.
• Handle paperwork for assigned departments and technicians.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Clear, pleasant, & intelligent verbal skills.
• Strong multitasking ability for coordinating pending service calls.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience in MS Office

Additional:

• Experience in QuickBooks preferred
• Experience in Field Edge preferred
