We are looking for Technical Customer Advisors (m/f/d), preferably also career changers, in full-time at our location in Düsseldorf starting on April 3, 2023.
Your Responsibilities

Responding to customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in the following areas:
TV / Video-DVD / Hi-Fi (Brown Goods)
Household Appliances (White Goods)
PC Peripherals
Product advice and technical support via phone, email, fax, and chat
Escalating issues to the 2nd level team if necessary
Maintaining customer database
