We're looking for a
Social Worker to care for individuals in a healthcare setting.
This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to work with many different types of people and adapt to changing priorities.
The Social Worker will have a Masters Degree. No SW License required. New Grads Welcome & will train the right individual.Responsibilities:
- Evaluate the status of patient care and implement necessary measures to ensure positive outcomes.
- Coordinate with other members of the care team such as physicians, Nurses other Staff.

From $65,000.00 per year
