    We are currently looking for an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team on Mondays and Fridays from 8:00am-6:00pm, with the possibility of adding more shifts if desired. We are open to other shift times; our greatest need is for afternoon shifts from 2:00-6:00pm or 4:30-6:30pm. There is possibility for this position to grow into a full-time position.

    Our wage range for Part-Time SLP's, with a weekly schedule between 20-36 hours a week, is $ $39.00 per hour. We offer the benefits listed below to our Part-Time employees.

    We also offer an hourly, Per Diem wage of $ $58.50 per hour, for employees wishing to work 8-20 hours a week. This compensation model has a higher productivity expectation and does not include benefits other than Sick Leave.

    • Currently provide skilled 1:1 service to clients in 5 locations

    • Collaborative model of treatment so that clients can work with more than one therapist
    • Multiple specialties (feeding, OMT, AAC, fluency, and reading)

    Responsibilities:

    The need for high quality speech and language services is continuously growing. We are looking for a Speech Language Pathologist who resonates with our company's purpose and can help us help more kids

    Duties and Responsibilities include:

    • Produce comprehensive Speech & Language Evaluations to the Parkwood standard of quality
    • Treatment of clients across all ages and abilities continuum
    • Use of Fusion Web Clinic EMR to support the clinical documentation process, including but not limited to:
      • Evaluation writing
      • Goal writing
      • Completing letters of medical necessity
      • Treatment notes (including the use of correct CPT Code(s) & ICD-10(s))
      • Re-evaluations
      • Screenings
      • Signed Mutual Exchanges of Information
      • Correspondence with referring providers/interdisciplinary communication & collaboration
    • Maintain all requirements for ASHA & Oregon Board licensure
    • Maintain CEU credits
      • Feeding/AAC/OMT training preferred

    Education:

    • Master's (Required)

    License/Certification:

    • Active Oregon SLP License and ASHA "CCC" Certification (Required)

    Specialty trainings/certifications are encouraged. Financial assistance can be provided for the acquisition of specialty training, including:

    • Prompts for Restructuring Oral Muscular Phonetic Targets (PROMPT)
    • Sequential-Oral-Sensory Approach to Feeding (SOS)
    • Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy (OMT)
