Personnel Officer (m/f/d) at our
Berlin location.

Your responsibilities

  • Preparation of payroll, taking into account collective bargaining, tax, and social security regulations
  • Contract management from hiring to termination in close cooperation with our employee representation
  • Correspondence with authorities and social security institutions
  • Maintenance of master data in the scheduling program Geocon
Your profile

  • Completed commercial training or equivalent qualifications
  • Previous experience in human resources would be desirable
  • Indepth knowledge of tax, social security, and labor law
  • Proficient in using common MS Office programs
  • Independent, structured, and goaloriented work style
  • Customer service orientation
