Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing whitelabel partners, serving as their primary point of contact for all inquiries, support, and collaboration.
- Partner Enablement: Provide comprehensive training, resources, and support to empower partners to effectively market, sell, and deliver V Digital Services' solutions to their clients.
- Account Management: Proactively monitor partner accounts, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize partner performance and maximize their success.
- Revenue Growth: Collaborate with partners to identify upsell and crosssell opportunities within their client base, driving incremental revenue and business growth for both parties.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze partner performance metrics, including sales performance, customer satisfaction, and retention rates, to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate open and effective communication between V Digital Services and our partners, ensuring alignment on objectives, expectations, and strategies.
- Product and
Industry Knowledge:
Stay informed about V Digital Services' products, services, industry trends, and competitive landscape, providing partners with up-to-date information and insights.
- Issue Resolution: Address partner concerns, challenges, and escalations in a timely and professional manner, working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver exceptional service.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in partner/channel management, account management, or sales, preferably within the digital marketing industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with partners at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a resultsoriented mindset, capable of developing and executing effective partner enablement and growth strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive informed decisionmaking and optimize partner performance.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
- Team player with a collaborative spirit and the ability to work crossfunctionally with internal teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools and platforms.

Pay:
$65, $80,000.00 per year
