Commercial HR Administrator / Payroll Accountant (Full-time) at our Berlin location (m/f/d) Duration: Permanent · Start: Immediately · Location: Berlin


As a commercial HR administrator/payroll accountant, you will be responsible for a defined group of employees. Your regular tasks will include preparing monthly payroll and salary statements. You will also reliably handle general administrative HR tasks, including creating reports, certificates, and statistics. Additionally, you will correspond and communicate with authorities and offices. You will be the first point of contact for managers and employees regarding all HR-related matters. Furthermore, you will coordinate with the finance department regarding relevant accounts. Lastly, you will assist with preparing for audits and year-end closing activities.

What you bring:


  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship. If you also have at least two years of experience in payroll and HR, we strongly encourage you to apply.
  • Good knowledge of tax, social security, and labor law is also desirable.
  • You are able to independently organize work processes. You have a strong team spirit and a service-oriented mindset.
  • You have excellent written and spoken German skills.
  • You are proficient in using computer systems and modern communication and work tools.
