ob Responsibilities:
- Order Management
- Order entry, EDI mapping, account assistance
- Maintaining account portfolios for ordering, tracking, customer and company requirements. Informing customers of order status and support inquires
- Process improvements/efficiencies
- Reporting (Excel Download and combining reports)
Skills: - Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills. SAP
- EDI Order Mapping
- Ability to work independently and manage time. Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information. Provide support to Team and other Teams as applicable to Order Management
Education/Experience:
- Required completed BS
- Required 25 years Work Experience in Related Business Field
- Excel/Microsoft Word
- SAP
- EDI
