Cosmetic Medical Assistant
Requirements:
- Certified Medical Assistant Preferred
- Knowledge of HIPAA
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Proficient in Computer Skills, Excel, and Microsoft Word
- Experience with EMR
- Available Full Time with Flexible Hours
- 2 Years experience in Medical Aesthetics setting preferred
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Excellent customer service
- Assisting with before and after pictures
- Assisting physicians with all inoffice procedures
- Assisting with Cosmetic procedures
- Knowledge of pre and postop care
- Scheduling appointments
- Entering all medical history
- Taking chief complaints
- EMR completion
- Educating patients on pre/postprocedure care
- Knowledge of fillers, neurotoxins and cosmetic sales
