Skills:

Must be able to work all weekends (Saturday and Sunday) 12:00pm - 9:00pm

Answer incoming calls

Provide route information and answer questions from the general public

Regularly interact with customers both in person and by phone

Ensure outstanding customer service is provided

Strict adherence to Keolis and client policies and procedures

Sell bus passes and ensure till is balanced

Issue ID cards

Provide information to the public

Other duties as assigned

Knowledge and Experience

High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Must have problem solving skills.

Must have at least 6 months of Customer Service experience.

Must have good people skills and be prepared to handle upset customers

Computer literate

**Additional Statements**

**Drug and alcohol screening:** Employment contingent upon passing pre-employment drug and alcohol screen. Also, contingent upon receiving a favorable background check. Must pass a physical examination.
