Collective Influence is excited to expand our support team by adding a new Customer Service Representative (CSR) to our team Our CSR's are pivotal to ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support.

This position requires effective communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to navigate various customer interactions with a high-level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Quickly and effectively resolve client concerns, ensuring a positive experience
  • Assist customers with purchase, tracking, event details, and other support needs
  • Maintain a high level of communication and professionalism
  • Maintain an organized event calendar, CRM, and other customer data folders
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Other support related responsibilities directly associated with this role

Qualifications:


  • Highschool diploma or equivalent, additional education or certifications a plus
  • Proven customer service or related experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in computer and CRM technology
  • Ability to stay positive and incontrol during challenging situations
  • Detailoriented with a strong attention to detail
  • Strong problem solving skills to be quick, effective, and decisive

Compensation:


  • Salary: $40,000 $45,000
  • Benefits:

$40, $45,000.00 per year
