Responsibilities after thorough training

  • You will initially listen attentively for a longer period of time and gradually start taking on your own tasks

These will include:

  • Performing bookings in the system (SAP)
  • Evaluating, recording, and monitoring business transactions
  • Assisting with monthly and annual closing tasks after thorough training
  • Monitoring open receivables
  • Creating outgoing invoices
  • Processing payment reversals for returned goods
  • Resolving payment discrepancies

Requirements

  • The most important requirement is that you have a commercial education or relevant commercial experience.
