We are looking for a (m/f/d) employee for our emergency call center in Ferndale, MD

Your future tasks will include:

Processing of alarm and fault reports
Recording and processing of elevator emergency calls
Receiving customer and technician inquiries about the situation
Recording of fault reports and informing technicians, doctors, fire department or other helpers
Processing of fault reports in the system (recording of master data such as contact information and personal information of the caller regarding health conditions)

What you should bring:

High stress resistance in emergency situations
Willingness to work in shifts (Monday
Sunday, 6am10pm)
Very good knowledge of German language (spoken and written)
Clean criminal record (without entries)
Advantageous but not mandatory: experience in the security industry or proficiency examination 34a
