Fast paced and challenging role working with 6 departments critical to the smooth execution of Company Goals and Customer expectations.

• Non-Remote Full-Time position in Thermal, CA
• Monday-Friday 7:30a.m. to 4:00p.m. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
• Lead, manage, supervise, coach, & train our Customer Service Team.
• Liaison between Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Production, Quality Control, Packing/Shipping Teams.
• Works closely with General Manager and National Sales Manager to solve any problems that may arise.
• CenterPoint (Hub) for communicating resolutions to all Departments involved.

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in a customer service role or equivalent
• Minimum High School Graduate or Equivalent / College degree preferred
