Loeb House, Inc. is a private, not-for-profit, agency that provides transitional housing for adults living with a chronic, serious mental illness.

The goal is to reintegrate clients back into the community in order to live independent lives while managing their mental illness.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director to join our team.

As the Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of Loeb House Inc.'s scattered Supportive Housing apartments, Respite Programs, Fred Hect Apartments, Homes for Heroes and Conway House.

This is a leadership role that requires strong administrative skills, relationship management abilities, and experience in program development and management.

Duties:

Provide leadership and guidance to staff members, ensuring the effective implementation of programs and services
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, families, community partners, and funding agencies
Oversee the development and implementation of program goals, objectives, and strategies
Supervise and support staff members, providing coaching and professional development opportunities
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Collaborate with other Programs to ensure seamless coordination of services
Monitor program outcomes and make recommendations for improvement

Experience:

Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience working with individuals with mental illness or related populations
Strong administrative skills, including budgeting and program management
Experience in relationship management with various populations
Knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement programs that meet the needs of individuals with mental illness
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong leadership abilities, with experience supervising a team

Pay:
$90, $98,000.00 per year
