Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate person
- Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar
- Data entries into Quickbooks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in construction companies or similar setting is preferred
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Quickbooks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Proactive problemsolving skills and ability to work independently
Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour

- Customer service: 4 years (preferred)
