- Bachelor's degree and one year of relevant experience.

- Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least one year of relevant experience in multimedia production, strategic communication planning, and implementation, preferably in an educational or similar setting.
- Expertise in social media platforms and trends, with experience in managing social media accounts for organizations or brands.
- Strong creative vision and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual content.
- Experience developing and executing strategic communication plans.
- Experience with social media advertising.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in photography, videography, and graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Passion for higher education and a commitment to promoting the mission and values of the College of Business at Kansas State University.
