Clearview is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as a trainee retail salesperson (m/f/d).

As a trainee at Takko Fashion, you won't just be stocking shelves or making coffee.

On the contrary, you will be an integral part of the team and will be closely involved with our customers.

You will learn everything there is to know about the textile retail industry in a hands-on and direct way.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Completing the practical part of your training in one of our Takko Fashion stores. At the beginning of your training, you will learn about the daily operations of retail, from purchasing and sales to marketing and visual merchandising, as well as customer service and how to interact with customers.
  • Receiving theoretical training at a local vocational school.
  • Taking on some departmental responsibilities during your training.
  • In your third year, you will be prepared for more challenging tasks. You will gain indepth insights into inventory and personnel management, so that after completing your training, you will be able to step in for your store manager.
