In our modernly equipped school, you will acquire the skills and competencies in a cooperative and respectful learning environment to give children and adolescents decisive impulses for their long-term development.

What do I do as an educator?

You work in various educational institutions, such as schools, after-school care centers, daycares, residential groups, or recreational facilities. There, you support children and adolescents from different family and social backgrounds in their social, cultural, and linguistic abilities. You also support their physical and mental development, encourage play, creative activities, and learning.

You can complete the three-year training program full-time or part-time while working.

What are the requirements?

High school diploma or equivalent, as well as an eight-week internship in the social field, or
Middle school diploma (MSA) and a successfully completed at least two-year relevant vocational training, or
MSA and a successfully completed at least three-year vocational training, or
MSA and proof of at least three years of work experience in a social pedagogical or social care field for at least 20 hours per week.
