_Join Our Dynamic Team and experience the magic of Waterside Dining_:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Greet guests as they arrive at the restaurant with a warm and welcoming attitude.
  • Manage the waiting list, reservations, and seating assignments efficiently.
  • Communicate with guests regarding wait times and keep them informed of table availability.
  • Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus.
  • Assist guests with any special requests or accommodations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at the hostess stand and lobby area.
  • Answer phone calls and assist with reservations or inquiries as needed.
  • Collaborate with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return.
  • Handle any guest concerns or complaints professionally and escalate to management when necessary.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using reservation management software and basic computer skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional service to guests.
