About the Company
Gulf Breeze is the largest provider of building surveying services in Germany. Since 2000, we have surveyed, drawn, visualized, and calculated over 200 million square meters of building space across Europe.

Our project teams consist of surveying engineers and technicians, architects, civil engineers, and building draftsmen from 12 different nations, all highly specialized in capturing building data.

Our range of services includes delivering individual apartment floor plans and high-quality 3D visualizations through our online portal, as well as providing data for large renovation projects and real estate transactions involving thousands of square meters of building space.

We offer state-of-the-art 2D and 3D surveys throughout Germany and Europe, as well as all CAD work using common software solutions and area calculations according to relevant standards.
