Job Description

  • You act as a business partner for controlling and are responsible for our company holdings. This includes advising the respective executives.
  • You are responsible for the conceptual further development of operational and strategic controlling instruments in your area of responsibility.
  • You design processes for overhead and result controlling in specific areas of the company.
  • You independently create analyses and evaluations and proactively develop solution approaches and decisionmaking bases for the management.
  • Your other tasks include reporting, analysis, and interpretation of ongoing business development, including deriving recommendations for action.
  • You take on responsibility in interdisciplinary projects within the WAREMA Group.
Qualifications

  • You have a degree in business administration or industrial engineering with a focus on finance/controlling or a comparable qualification through vocational training and further education.
  • Ideally, you have gained initial professional experience in controlling, also through internships, working student positions, or a trainee program.
  • You have gained initial experience in project management methods.
