Training Manager

Reports to:
Team Member Experience Manager


General Expectations:

The Training Manager is responsible for onboarding and training of all production team members. Utilizing the coaches to follow the department-based training maps under the guidance of the TMX Manager. This position will align all training to maximizing production team member engagement and lower turnover.


Duties / Responsibilities:


  • Facilitate a streamlined orientation experience for production team members to feel welcomed and comfortable.

Develop department-based training maps and welcome pamphlets for:

  • New hires (production)
  • Production Team members that advance through the career path program.
  • Production Team members that require any crosstraining.
  • Ensure all new hires/green hats are integrated into their respective departments by their training coach.
  • Provide day to day management for direct reports.
  • Train, coach, monitor and provide leadership to the training coaches as they carry out the department-based training map for each team member.
  • Create a mechanism for tracking all in-process training and communicate progress to stakeholders.
  • Responsible for confirmation that each production team member feels fully trained and received a World Class training experience once the process is completed using the TM survey process.
  • Measure effectiveness of coaches and log data in training tracker database.
  • Establish & maintain team member connections and relationships.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Required:

Education and Qualifications:


  • Degree in HR, Communications, or Organizational Development desired or equivalent experience.
  • Management experience required.
  • Experience training and or coaching others.
  • Hands-on production experience highly desirable.

Pay:
$70, $120,000.00 per year
