    Description

    In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day. Whole lemons are freshly squeezed in our restaurants and combined with pure cane sugar and water (yep, that's all) to make Chick-fil-A Lemonade. It may not be the easy way, but it's the only way we know.

    **You must complete Full Training from the ground up for a manager position at our location.

    The responsibility of our kitchen manager is to oversee the production of the highest quality food with precision and accuracy, continually observing and implementing the proper quality-assurance and food-safety procedures.

    Kitchen Manager is generally offered as a full time or part time restaurant job

    The right candidate will have casual dining restaurant experience and a proven track record in leadership and facilities management.

    Prior experience as manager, supervisor, crew lead, shift lead, assistant manager, kitchen manager, BOH manager is very helpful to your success at this job.

    Must be 18 years old or older * 2+ years of quick-service, casual, or full-service restaurant experience; management is a plus * Work a minimum of 30 hours per week, and have open availability including weekends (Friday/Saturday) * Allocate 2 hours every week to meet with other managers, the Operator, and Senior Director to discuss operational needs, staffing, and short and long-term goals and targets * Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time * Must have reliable transportation and have the ability to open (5am) and/or close (12am) the restaurant * Be tech-savvy and understand basic Microsoft applications as well as IOS functions * Possess strong time-management skills
