    Job Description
    We are currently looking for a Warehouse Manager to join our Service team:


    As the Service Warehouse Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our warehouse operations, inventory, and delivery planning.

    You will be responsible for maintaining an organized and well-functioning service warehouse, ensuring timely delivery of HVAC equipment and materials to our technicians, and overseeing inventory control processes.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Warehouse Management:
    Organize and maintain the service warehouse, ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.
    Supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations.
    Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying accuracy and quality of products.
    Efficiently store, categorize, and label inventory items for easy access and retrieval.
    Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a secure warehouse environment.

    Inventory Control:
    Develop and maintain an accurate inventory tracking system to monitor stock levels.
    Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and replenish low-stock items as needed.
    Collaborate with procurement teams to order HVAC equipment and materials based on demand forecasts.
    Implement strategies to minimize stock shrinkage and optimize inventory turnover.

    Delivery Planning:
    Coordinate with field service teams to plan and schedule equipment/material deliveries to job sites.
    Optimize delivery routes for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and on-time deliveries.
    Track delivery progress and communicate updates to both internal teams and clients.
    Resolve any delivery-related issues promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.

    Reporting and Analysis:
    Generate reports on warehouse and inventory performance, including stock levels, order accuracy, and delivery metrics.
    Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
    Make recommendations for process enhancements and implement best practices.
