Position Overview:
Responsibilities:
Engage with Viewers:
Actively interact with viewers through live chat, answering questions, and creating a vibrant and inclusive community atmosphere.
Foster positive relationships with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
Assist Livestream Host:
Collaborate closely with the livestream host to ensure smooth communication and coordination during the livestream.
Assist in showcasing and presenting crystal products effectively.
Product Knowledge:
Acquire in-depth knowledge of our crystal products to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
Promotions and Sales:
Actively promote featured products and special promotions to drive sales during livestreams.
Encourage customer participation and purchases through engaging and persuasive communication.
Technical Assistance:
Be familiar with the livestream platform and assist with any technical issues that may arise during broadcasts.
Qualifications:
- Outgoing and extroverted personality with excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in livestreaming, sales, or customer service is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Basic understanding of crystals or willingness to learn about crystal products.
- Comfortable with technology and quick to adapt to new tools and platforms.
- Availability to work 46 days a week, with a 5hour shift per day.
Job Types:

Pay:
$ $35.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Application Question(s):
- our live hours are 2-6 pm and 7-10 pm every day, normally one live per host, how many days are you looking to work? weekend availbility?
- We will be doing live streams so we do consider it as an on stage job. Are you comfortable with camera? Do you have any sale experiences?
- Due to Lack of Commerical space in Gilbert, We are using an entire single house as our office, Is that ok to you?
