The Technician II is responsible for testing, repairing, and upgrading reuse units.

Support positive employee relations and team environment.
Comply with all Company policies, procedures, and initiatives.
Test functionality of potential reuse equipment, including memory, HDDs, SSDs, processors, PCs, LCDs, servers, printers, laptops, and other electronic devices; maintain necessary documentation.
Wipe HDDs and SSDs and verify data removal.
Maintain testing stations, including organization and equipment connectivity.
Install operating systems such as Microsoft Authorized Refurbisher (MAR).
Remove and replace faulty components as directed by supervisor or designee.
Perform Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) checks as required.
Participate in Lean Six Sigma, continuous improvement, and costcontrol initiatives, including participation in Huddle Board meetings.
Participate in relevant training as required.
Where applicable, operate mobile plant equipment and train as necessary.
Other duties as assigned.
