- Responsible for efficient entry of contracts into the Contracts module with supporting entry of required items into Project Costing while maintaining adherence to the company's financial policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with routine use of Voyager/ JD Edwards/ Sharepoint and to provide timely completion of administrative responsibilities.
- Participate as a member of a team in assisting with benchmarking and continuous improvement of processes and systems by working closely with a manager or senior manager to develop and implement strategies for increasing efficiencies.
- Ensure that the "company style guide" is adhered to for all written communications to both internal and external clients.
- Other tasks assigned by line manager.
- Minimum of 1-year data entry/invoice processing/bookkeeping
- Experience using JD Edwards and MS Office programs a plus
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects

FULLY REMOTE BUT MUST LIVE WITHIN THE AREA SHIFT - M-F 8 TO 5 CONTRACT ONLY TO COVER FMLA - Beginning of December through the middle of March.
