Job summary
The Customer Success Specialist will work to develop relationships with our Top 50 Members as well as routine proactive outreach for things like member satisfaction and accounts receivable.
- Answering and addressing members needs in a timely manner.
- Working to uphold and grow NAA's member satisfaction through relationship building and a high level of dedication
- Collaborating with other departments to provide aid in member-related escalations
- Maintaining accurate data of all accounts
- Achieving projects that aim to improve the Customer Success workflows
Requirements
- Bachelor degree equivalent Certificate
- 1-3 years experience working in a call center environment < li > Excellent written communication skills .< li >Ability remain organized efficient balancing multiple responsibilities ul >< h2 >< b > Preferred < / b > h2 >< ul >< li >General understanding of platforms used at NAA: Salesforce ClickUp Microsoft especially < li >Experience customer support Experience project management plus ul >
