Specializes in creating parts for automotive transmissions
Company has grown 30% over the last 2.5 years

Job Description

Will perform critical equipment assessments, develop procedures and manage CapEx projects to maximize equipment reliability
Will also perform root cause analysis investigations
Responsible for developing and tracking equipment reliability metrics and identify areas for improvement
Will coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs and equipment servicing
Will provide engineering and technical support for maintenance, production and capital teams

Key Requirements

Knowledge of chemical manufacturing is a plus
Manufacturing background
Previous experience with CapEx projects and reliability engineering
Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering is required
