Training as a Marketing Communications Specialist

What you will learn with us

  • Become an expert in the world of marketing. With us, you will receive comprehensive training and gain insight into all activities that take place in a marketing department.
  • The creative focus of your training will be in online marketing. You will have the opportunity to design your own graphics and write texts. You will be responsible for all online activities on our website, social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter, business platforms such as Xing and LinkedIn, and other media.
  • You will learn how to use programs such as Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and InDesign, or the open-source software WordPress.
  • As an additional focus, you will learn the complete management of Software Factory's participation in national and international trade fairs, take care of selecting suitable advertising materials, and reach out to customers and business partners through the creation of newsletters and mailings. You will also keep our customer database up to date.
  • You will have the opportunity to take on responsibility early on, as you will be assigned your own topics and areas. We will introduce you to the planning and implementation of all marketing projects.
  • You will also gain insight into budget planning and contribute to the annual media plan.
